TERMS & CONDITIONS for Online Sales

PLEASE NOTE: All of our products are hand-crafted (are physically made by hand) and as is the nature of such, we acknowledge that handmade product can be created with very minor &/or slight individual imperfections that don’t effect the overall product creditability or usability – actually we like that! Through tough quality control procedures, we do check every product and determine if it should be made available to our customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ALL PURCHASES

  • Any return or exchange will require a Return Docket – which is obtained by emailing us at info@pocketrockits.com
  • Returns &/or exchanges for Pocket Rockits should be for genuine reasons, not just ‘change of mind’.
  • The product must not have been worn, altered or washed and is in the originally supplied, saleable condition and complete with tin packaging.
  • Please notify us within 5 days of purchase and the product must be returned / arrive back to us within 21 days from the date of purchase. 
  • All items are considered “in the buyers custody” through-out the return process, until the product is received back by Pocket Rockit.
  • We request that you securely pack any returned items for transit and select an appropriate shipping method.
  • All returns/exchanges are to be sent back, at your cost, to the address provided on the Return Docket.
  • We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when sending your return parcel, to ensure a safe delivery to us.
  • You understand that Pocket Rockit will not be held responsible for any loss of delivery or damage to the product during delivery.

Please Note:

  • All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Sales items will only be considered for exchange credit – not refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If an item purchased is considered faulty and/or of questionably merchantable quality – meaning that it is not of a quality that can be reasonably expected when reviewing the description, specifications, disclaimers and photographs provided by our website  – please follow the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ process above.

CANCELLING ORDERS

  • If you would like to cancel your order, we need to receive this request within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us (info@pocketrockits.com) with an attached copy of your payment e-receipt with the order number. Orders that have already been completed / dispatched, are unable to be cancelled.

DISPATCH & CARRIERS

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of your order, or next business workday.
  • We currently use Australia Post to deliver our orders – nationally and internationally.
  • We provide Free Parcel Post delivery to our Australian customers.
  • We charge a flat rate for Australian Express Parcel Post and International delivery.
  • We will issue you with a unique tracking number for each order, follow your deliver via Australia Post tracking > HERE
